Highly recommend for all athletes!!!
The app is super easy to use, but more importantly the actual training program has been fantastic. It was straightforward to get started, and the exercises are easy to follow with helpful tips along the way. I get great workouts and I can already tell I’ve gotten a lot stronger. Really glad to be using Volt, and I’d absolutely recommend it and am planning to continue using it for a long time.
